REBRAE is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal that covers research on
all aspects of strategic management and was established in 2008 by the Ph.
program in Business Administration of the Pontifical Catholic University of
Parana (PUCPR) located in Curitiba, Brazil. Its readership encompasses
researchers, professors, graduate students and professionals interested in
this area of knowledge.
The Mission of REBRAE is to stimulate and disseminate knowledge in the area of Business Strategy through the publication of research papers.
To publish original and unpublished papers that promote the dissemination of studies and research relating to any issues in the field of business strategy with emphasis in empirical or theoretical research, as well as diverse methodologies and approaches.
Consolidate itself as one of the reference journals for the business strategy field.
Journal´s thematic focus
In essence the thematic focus of the journal is original articles related to the field of business strategy.
If the submitted paper isn´t related to the field of business strategy the Committee of Editorial Policy may reject it without send to peers review. If approved by the Committee of Editorial Policy the articles will be submitted to a double blind peer review process.
Articles submitted for publication must contain a statement to the effect
that all human studies have been approved by the appropriate ethics
committee and have therefore been performed in accordance with the ethical
standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. It should also be
stated clearly in the text that all persons or organizations gave their
informed consent prior to their inclusion in the study. Details that might
disclose the identity of the subjects under study should be omitted.
The Committee of Editorial Policy reserves the right to reject manuscripts
that do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements. The author will be
responsible for false statements of failure to fulfill the above-mentioned

To access the system submission it is necessary the author´s registration. This register is of a personal nature, confidential and of responsibility to the author. The submitted papers must be an unpublished work and not submitted simultaneously on for any other journal. Before submission process is strongly recommended to observe the instructions for authors.
The author of the submission is responsible for ensuring that the article´s publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. It is mandatory to send the "term of copyright" for the publisher signed by all authors as available model.
The Champagnat University Publisher from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, adopts the Creative Commons license to your collection of scientific open access journals, and have as a standard the adoption of the type attribution license (CC - BY) for their content.
The license CC-BY chosen allows users to access the journals, distribute, display and perform the work and make derivative works provided that proper copyright credit check, as specified by the regular way.
It is implicit that the author, at the act of article submission is authorizing the transfer of copyright for the use of the Creative Commons license.

a) All manuscripts must be unpublished and should not be submitted simultaneously to any other journal.
b) The papers must be submitted only in English. Texts may be submitted in Portuguese or Spanish but once approved the authors have to provide translation to English.
c) The content, thoughts, opinions and concepts presented in the article are under authors´ responsibility.
d) All the articles will be first reviewed by Editor and once it meets REBRAE guidelines it will be send to two ad-hoc consultants (peer review) for blind review evaluation.
e) Color photos will not be published, except in cases of absolute necessity and subordinated to Editorial Commission evaluation.
f) To the Editor will be reserved the right to make changes in the original manuscript, aiming to keep homogeneity and publication quality but respecting the style and author opinion’s.
LAYOUT: Manuscript must be typed in Word for Windows, using Times New Roman 12 with 1,5 line spaced, justified paragraph and A4 format. It is recommended a maximum of 20 pages including references, illustrations, pictures, graphics, tables and charts.
FRONT PAGE: The front page must include the title in original language (BOLD CAPS, Times New Roman 14, italic, centralized). The title must contain 12 words maximum, being sufficiently specific and descriptive. Two spaces below the title must be the name, filiation and email of all the authors (Times New Roman 11 – centralized). Abstract with maximum of 300 words and the key-words also need to be in the front page.
3. ABSTRACT: Must be written in a single paragraph using Times New Roman 11, single line spaced, justified paragraph and have a maximum of 300 words. Objective, methodology and results must be included in abstract.
4. KEY-WORDS: Must be presented just after the Abstract and the author may use between 3 to 5 descriptors.
5. INTRODUCTION: A concise text presenting research boundary and context, problem statement, purpose of the study and papers’ structure.
6. THEORETICAL BACKGROUND: It is the part of the text that contain, at least, a chronological review of the main authors that already made some contributions to the solution of the problem (the state of the art) and the framework reference followed by the author in the article.
7. METHODOLOGY: The article must contain a session dedicated to the methodology. It must contain the research classification, universe, sample, data collecting process and problem and data analysis approach.
8. RESULTS: Short description of results relating them to the results already obtained by other authors on the same problem.
9. CONCLUSIONS: Synthetic text stating the main contributions to the solution of the proposed problem. The conclusions must be related to the general and specifics objectives of the article.
10. REFERENCES and CITATIONS: Only the citations contained in the text should be referenced. References should be organized and presented in alphabetical order according to the first author´s surname. Editorial policy mandates the use of the APA or ABNT NBR 6023 Style.
Carefully do the review of the written text. Our publisher, Editora Champagnat, will not provide any review.
